Event Rental Rates & Details

  • 📅 Event Hours:

  • Events may take place between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
  • All events must conclude by 11:00 PM, with cleanup completed by midnight, per local regulations.

    Sunday – Thursday Rental Packages

🔹 Two-Hour Event Rental – $450 + tax

  • Up to 65 guests (with tables and chairs) or 85 guests (theater-style seating).
  • Ideal for luncheons, seminars, recitals, and corporate meetings.
  • Includes kitchen use by a licensed & insured caterer (full-service catering not required).
  • One hour of setup & one hour of cleanup included.
  • 🚫 No alcohol may be served.

🔹 Premium Two-Hour Rental – $700 + tax

  • Up to 120 guests (tables & chairs) or 150 guests (theater-style).
  • Suitable for catered luncheons, dinners, and seminars requiring full-service catering and/or a licensed bartender.
  • Includes three hours of setup & one hour of cleanup.

🔹 Four-Hour Rental – $1,400 + tax

  • Up to 120 guests (tables & chairs) or 150 guests (theater-style).
  • Perfect for parties & weddings.
  • Suitable for catered luncheons, dinners, and seminars requiring full-service catering and/or a licensed bartender.
  • Includes five hours of setup & two hours of cleanup.

 

Friday & Saturday Rental Packages

🔹 Four-Hour Rental – $1,700 + tax

  • Up to 120 guests (tables & chairs) or 150 guests (theater-style).
  • Ideal for parties & weddings.
  • Suitable for catered luncheons, dinners, and seminars requiring full-service catering and/or a licensed bartender.
  • Includes five hours of setup & two hours of cleanup.

Additional event hours can be added at $100 + tax per hour.

🎤 A/V Equipment Rental – Includes projector, screen, and handheld microphones.
🎹 Baby Grand Piano Rental – Available upon request.
